Based in Sydney, Scott founded Greenstone Partners in 2003 - an independent corporate advisory firm focused on middle market mergers, acquisitions and divestments.

He has over 20 years experience in the investment banking industry in Australia and the USA. Prior to founding Greenstone Partners, Scott was a Director of Credit Suisse's investment banking department in Sydney.

Scott was previously an Associate in Chase Manhattan Bank's Aerospace Group in New York from 1990 to 1994.

Scott has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (Honours) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He has a MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, Rochester, New York.

Scott is married  to Jane and has two daughters. He enjoys running and was part of CatWalk's 2010 NYC Marathon team. Despite his geographical postion, Scott is a keen supporter of the All Blacks.
