ICAP - Every Deal Counts
Make your trade on 13th December to help Jigsaw & CatWalk
ICAP New Zealand is again taking part in the annual ICAP Charity Day.
This will take place on Wednesday December 12th this year, when the Wellington office will be the first office in the ICAP group to kick off what has been a tremendously successful day for charities worldwide.
Charity Day in 2006 saw US$14m raised for a number of charities, and since 1993, nearly US$65m has gone to worthwhile causes. On the day, every cent of revenue generated by ICAP offices will be donated to charity and it is our hope that with your help, we can contribute in a positive way to two very worthwhile charities.
Jigsaw is a diverse organisation that is focused on the wellbeing of all New Zealand families. The regional, community-based groups which make up the network actively advocate against all forms of child harm and neglect, and family violence. ICAP’s contribution will assist in making at-risk families safer for children in their homes.
The CatWalk Trust is an organisation dedicated to supporting researchers in the bid for a cure for Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI), in a manner similar to the Christopher Reeve Foundation. The trust was established by prominent NZ equestrian rider, Catriona Williams. ICAP’s donation will provide valuable funds to assist in the quest for a cure for such injuries and work towards the aim of enabling SCI victims to walk again.
The day depends totally on the support of ICAP clients to make it a success and CatWalk would like to thank the ICAP team and their clients in advance for their support.
