Thank you to everyone who supported the DigDeep4CatWalk fundraising initiative!
Created by a group of friends who were with CatWalk founder Catriona Williams as she recuperated at Burwood Spinal Unit following her 2nd SCI in June 2021.
Digging Deep both mentally and physically was called for, and turning a negative into a positive was required. Soon the discussion turned to how gardening is not only good for the planet and well-being but is also another way of Digging Deep to enable growth.
From small seeds do great oaks grow – and now the DIgDeep4CatWalk team are proud to present an opportunity to purchase The Great Dixter Trowel. Commissioned by Sneeboer of the Netherlands, this hand-forged and bespoke branded trowel is very much a symbol of the calm achieved when hands delve into the soil.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to spinal cord injury research to enable this vital work to continue.
Thank you to the DigDeep4CatWalk team for their generous support! If you wish to purchase a DIgDeep4CatWalk trowel please Contact Us

Merino Kids is an international award-winning textile company from New Zealand that specialises in using 100% natural fibres, for the design of newborn, baby, infant and toddler sleepwear. The company was founded by Amie Nilsson in 2003 and since that time has grown significantly to now become one of the global leaders and commentators of using natural fibres for young children.
We pride ourselves on delivering products built from the pillars of ritual, character and fate. Each product is infused with bespoke Triumph & Disaster aromas, natural blends of complex notes that evoke old fashioned values from simpler times. We don’t test on animals other than ourselves and we proudly utilise ingredients derived from nature but engineered with science, because we want to make clean, safe and efficient products that will make a difference.
With our 4 children we started on our adventure with a mission to bake using time honoured methods, wholesome ingredients which are sourced locally where possible, and sharing this with each other, family, friends and anyone who appreciates good food.
We purchased an old church in Clareville that had been operating as a café. We closed the doors for 2 weeks and renovated, earthquake strengthened and redecorated the building.
We also made a point of having a full length viewing window where our bakers can greet and interact with our customers and our customers can see how and where their food is made.
We were very proud and a little scared when we opened the doors of The Clareville Bakery in August 2013.
With our awesome start up team we enjoyed the thrill of creating Artisan Baked products, Exceptional Coffee, an Outstanding Food and Superb Service in our resurrected church.

A bite sized bit about us………….We’re The Apple Press & we come from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Our purpose is to share the pleasure of drinking a fresh apple with the world. And when we say apple juice we don’t just mean any old apple juice! This is apple juice unlike you’ve ever tasted before, pressed from individual varieties like Jazz™, Pink Lady®, Envy™, and Royal Gala because we believe – just like wine – every apple has its own taste characteristics, and we want you to discover these taste sensations at their very purest -on their own. The world’s best apple juice, from the world’s best apples, with no added sugar or preservatives & our apples are traceable back to Hawke’s Bay orchards. Oh and did we also mention we are a low-waste kind of company where we sustainably source the “cosmetically blemished” fruit deemed not pretty enough for export.
We’re The Apple Press®, and we come from a good place.
I love design, but what I love even more than design, is creating design solutions for my clients that they LOVE!

Pure and Simple – Unaltered from its deep source to the bottle on the table, the purity of Antipodes is its hallmark.
Fine water is a central element in the enjoyment of wine and cuisine – its sole purpose is to hydrate and refresh, whilst cleansing the palate. For this reason we sought out the source of Antipodes deliberately to offer a mineral water that is perfectly suited to enhancing fine dining.
We’ve never wanted Antipodes to dominate the table with height or strongly coloured glass. We believe the heroes of the occasion should be the wine and food, not the water bottle. So we made ours unobtrusive and we kept its design clean and simple. We wanted it to look as pure on the outside as it is on the inside.
Bostock Grapes are hand-picked to produce the finest Hawke’s Bay wine. Our Bostock philosophy is focused on sustainable farming – growing grapes in partnership with nature and protecting the environment.
At the very heart of this wine is the Bostock’s love of Hawke’s Bay and one special piece of land at their home at Ngatarawa. Long owned by Johnny and his wife, the late Vicki Bostock, it was Vicki’s passion that provided the inspiration for this wine.

Three Wise Birds is a Hawke’s Bay based cider company, run by brothers Jack and Charley Crasborn. A family name synonymous with the apple industry and growing world-class produce. The brothers have a history from the soil; having grown up on the family’s orchards in the fruit bowl of New Zealand. The lads grew up picking, packing and selling the very apples they now use and as such have a great understanding of the quality that goes into making their cider. A true branch to bottle story. We’re big on premium ingredients, real flavours and good times. To make this happen we believe in making our cider from only the best New Zealand apple varieties grown here in the Hawke’s Bay. Giving our cider, clean, crisp and refreshingly dry characteristics. Characteristics we believe fit the New Zealand way of life, whether it be the backyard, the beach or beyond.
We have been operating here in Masterton since 1992, when we opened as a ‘Write Price Foodbarn’. In 2006 we had a makeover and rebranded as Masterton New World. Our store is owned and run by Clive Webber. We have a dedicated team of staff members who are committed to offering great service and fresh, inviting product to our local community.

My inspiration comes from the little treasures that can be found in N.Z gardens such as seedpods, berries, flowers, fruits, twigs, moss etc. By incorporating these into my designs you can ensure a unique and truly Lushka creation. It is a mission of mine to to be as sustainable as possible, using largely local suppliers with an emphasis on N.Z flora and fauna. Lushka is inspired by a close friend Kushla, whose radiance and beauty will forever influence the way I create.
